Founding Story

After filling nearly every role in the roofing and solar industry, Kody Landals, CEO of Reimagine Roofing, recognized that transforming these industries, one customer at a time, was a monumental challenge. Understanding the need for a larger, united effort, Kody teamed up with industry expert Adam Bensman to take action.

Together, they developed a training system designed to help roofing and solar contractors deliver honest, transparent, and outstanding customer experiences. This system quickly gained widespread adoption and is now used by thousands of contractors across the United States, Canada, Australia, and even Sweden.

Recognizing the need for industry-wide reform, Kody and Adam co-founded the Roofing and Solar Reform Alliance (RSRA). Reimagine Roofing is proud to be a founding member, committed to leading the charge in elevating industry standards, restoring trust, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our core values.
